Nozemat: instructions for use

"Nozemat" is a drug used to treat bees with infectious diseases. This medicine can be fed to bee colonies or sprayed on them. The main thing is to carry out this procedure before the start of honey collection or after its end.

Application in beekeeping

The health of bees can be threatened by an infectious disease, which is called nosematosis... As a rule, this disease affects adults, and if treatment is not timely taken, the bee colony will die. You can notice this infection after wintering or in spring - the bees look weakened and die.
Nosematosis is the most dangerous infection that honey bees are susceptible to. Unfortunately, not all beekeepers can recognize the disease in the early stages, and in the later stages, treatment practically does not help. That is why, for prophylactic purposes, to prevent infection, Nozemat is used.
